Terms Of Service.

We are a "For Hire Service" that are not solely taxis but are also taxi competitors working within the framework of "for hire services" and "service referral sevice". We work with both various taxi and for hire "independent contractors" to provide you transportation service and/or refer your services to other transportation/taxi services in the area. We are not responsible for "any" damages and/or "any" financial loss you may incur as a result of your car not being on time, not being there, or getting you to your destination. We expect our customers to apply common sense and allow plenty of time to arrange for alternative transportation as a result of you not making it to your destination or not getting picked up at all, including at times when our cars do not pick you up. We make "no guarantees" in providing you this service. If you are requesting this service for a medical or safety emergency, please call 911. All our vehicles and the vehicles of our contractors are commercially insured as required by law. Outside of those insurance protections, we are not responsible for "any damages whatsover". In the event of legal questions arising, you agree to "arbitration" by a neutral body outside of the court system. All our independent contractors and respective taxi or transportation companies are responsible for any liablity issues arising from services they provided to you through us. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, person, entity. We reserve the right to charge "you" "cancellation fees of no less than 20%, for cancellations that are made without a 24 hour notice. By requesting our service, we assume that you affirmx and that "you" understand and "agree" to "all" of these terms.
